Daniele Volfe
About
Overview
Daniele Volfe focuses her law practice on matters exclusively related to immigration law. She has successfully represented businesses and employers in applying for several non-immigrant and immigrant visas. She also represented several foreign nationals who were applying for a variety immigration benefits such as family-based petitions, naturalization and citizenship, and humanitarian visas. In addition, she represented clients who were in removal proceedings.
Daniele Volfe attended law school in Brazil at Universidade Estadual de Maringa. In Brazil, she worked along a State Prosecutor on civil cases involving State matters by drafting motions and briefs for state trial courts. She graduated from Southern Methodist University where she obtained her LL.M. degree in International and Comparative Law.
Daniele Volfe is originally from Brazil and, as an immigrant herself, she understands the struggles of dealing with the American immigration legal system. Her own immigration challenges moved her to become a passionate immigration law advocate.
