USCIS confirmed using "Dates for Filing Chart" in the Department of State Visa Bulletin for April 2024 for family-based adjustment of status applications, and "Final Action Dates Chart" for employment-based adjustment of status applications.
Priority Dates ("PD") for family-based applications mostly remain the same at this time. Final Action PDs for F2A across all countries advanced. Dates for Filing PDs in the F4 category (brother and sisters of adult U.S. citizens) are moving forward for India-born applicants.
Good news! Priority Dates for employment-based applications are also moving forward for most categories and for all countries.
