USCIS Will Only Accept New Editions of Forms I-485, I-129, I-539, I-864, I-864EZ, and I-944 if Postmarked on or After October 15

USCIS published the new editions of Forms I-485, I-129, I-539/I-539A, I-864, I-864EZ, and I-944.

USCIS updated its website to state:

USCIS will accept the current edition of this form if it is postmarked on or before Oct. 14.

USCIS will not accept it if it is postmarked on or after Oct. 15, 2019.

A dated receipt from the courier service used (such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL) is equivalent to a U.S. Postal Service postmark.

• On or after Oct. 15, 2019, USCIS will accept only the 10/15/19 edition.
